3. Personalized Scroll (CALIO Scroll)
Each order includes a personalized parchment scroll created from the customer’s message entered in the “Empty Your Heart” field during checkout.
By submitting a message, you agree that:

your text may be used to craft your personalized scroll

the message must not contain abusive, illegal, or harmful content
-
scroll content is not stored permanently
The scroll is a personalized item and may be considered non-returnable (see Section 10).
