REFUND POLICY

At CALIOPHÉ, we want you to love your jewelry and the full experience of receiving your personalized scroll.
If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • in perfect, resellable condition

  • in their original packaging (pouch/box included)

  • free of perfume, scratches, or signs of wear

Items returned in damaged or worn condition cannot be refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, personalization, or limited-edition reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized scrolls (CALIO Scroll)

  • Oracle pieces (limited editions, unless defective)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • incorrect

  • with missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the product

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

We will replace the item or offer a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
CALIOPHÉ is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

A refund will be approved if the item:

  • is unworn

  • is undamaged

  • includes all original components

  • meets our return conditions

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to process the amount.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window or once processing begins (especially for scrolls), cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • check with neighbors or household members

  • verify your shipping address

  • contact the carrier

If the carrier considers the package missing after investigation, contact us and we will assist based on the outcome.

Packages that are delivered to the address provided but reported as stolen cannot be refunded, as theft is outside our control.

9. Oracle Pre-Orders

Oracle releases are limited-edition monthly creations.
Because they are produced in small quantities and made to order, Oracle pieces:

  • may have extended processing times

  • are non-refundable unless damaged or defective

10. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

  • your order number

  • the item you want to return

  • photos (if applicable)

  • reason for the return
