By entering "The Confessional" and using the services of Caliophé, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our sanctuary.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

Caliophé provides a personalized correspondence service.

• The Digital Echo is a one-time email response to a story shared by the user.

• The Hand-Sealed Scroll is a physical, handwritten or printed letter delivered by post. These services are for emotional support and philosophical guidance only.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

• You agree not to use Caliophé to send content that is illegal, threatening, or intended to harass our staff.

• We reserve the right to refuse service and refund any order that violates these safety principles.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are displayed in USD/EUR and are subject to change.

• Payment is due at the time of the "Confession" submission.

• No response will be crafted until the contribution has been successfully processed.

5. REFUND POLICY

• Digital Echo: Due to the personalized and time-consuming nature of our work, refunds are not available once the response has been sent to your inbox.

• Physical Scroll: Refunds are not available once the letter has been crafted and sealed.

• If you wish to cancel an order before we have begun our reflection, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@CALIOPHE.COM.

6. DELIVERY & DELAYS

• We strive to respect our 48-72h (Digital) and 3-5 day (Physical) windows.

• However, Caliophé is not responsible for postal delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the user. If your scroll is lost in the mail, please contact us to find a solution.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As stated in our Ethical Disclaimer, Caliophé is not a medical provider. We are not liable for any personal decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the advice or comfort provided in our letters. You remain the sole author of your life's journey.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name Caliophé, our logos, and the specific design of our letters are protected. The response you receive is for your personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
