4. Data Retention
How long do we keep your words?

Digital Files: Once your response is sent and we have confirmed receipt, your confession is deleted from our active digital records within 30 days, unless you explicitly ask us to keep it for a future follow-up.

Physical Records: We do not keep copies of your handwritten or printed physical scrolls once they have been mailed.
