Because of the deeply personalized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Immediate Commitment
As soon as your confession is delivered and your contribution is made, our process of reflection begins.

For the Digital Echo: The intellectual and emotional labor starts immediately to ensure a timely response.

For the Physical Scroll: Materials are selected, and the ritual of writing and sealing begins shortly after your submission. Once this energy has been spent, it cannot be recovered, and therefore, all sales are final.
3. Subjective Experience
Wisdom and comfort are subjective experiences. While we pour our heart into every letter to provide the most empathetic and insightful guidance possible, we cannot guarantee that our words will align perfectly with your expectations or desires. A lack of agreement with the advice provided is not a valid ground for a refund.
4. Delivery Issues (Physical Scrolls)
While we do not offer refunds for the service itself, we care deeply that your letter reaches you.

If a Physical Scroll is lost by the postal service or arrives damaged, please contact us at SUPPORT@CALIOPHE.COM.

We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a digital copy of your response or, in specific cases, a one-time re-mailing of the scroll.
